I have seen himsinging carols on the underground at christmas, using the traffic cone as a loudspeaker at the bottom of the escalators. The tannoy was saying summat like "THIS MAN IS NOT AN OFFICIAL PERFORMER, DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY"
He was funny as fuck. Everyone was giving him money. It was Christmas. Stupid TFL.
