the staff there are that used to being shouted and screamed at all the time
they're constantly braced for it. I was signing on in one of the scummier areas of manchester last year, and the bloke behind the counter after one visit said to me 'I love it when you come in - you never threaten me or take a swing at me - you're always really polite!'. which is pretty sad really, but that reflects the majority of people they have to deal with I suppose.
