Not really....You just live together for the first several months in a mess, being naked around other guys just doesn't worry you anymore.
Besides, there's women on ships now. So when everyone's away, some of the women usually service the crew ;) One of the best stories I heard was as a ship was returning to port after a deployment, one of the lads grabbed the mic and said 'D'you hear that? All Wrens are now dumped!' :D happy days...
