» My computer gave away my secrets
During my PhD research
I had to use some molecular dynamics software. The package is called AMBER. However some of the names of the applications within the package leave a lot to be desired. The energy analysis package is called anal and the coordinate analysis package is called carnal. Being complicated beasts to use, I had to do a google search for examples and help on the use of these applications. In hindsight, searching google using the words "Amber", "Carnal" and "Anal" was probably not the best choice. My supervisor, who is also the head of the department, decided to walk into the lab to see how things were going and looked at my screen just as google proudly presented the immensely biological results of my search. Hmmm

» Have you ever started a fire?
I was fire breathing once
when I confused the relatively safe liquid paraffin, for the decidedly unsafe acetone. My first thought was I had better move out of the way of this large blue fireball. My second thought was I am the large blue fireball. Later that night I told the nurse in casualty that I loved her and would she have my babies. She replied that I was in shock.

» World's Most Hated Food
That awful grey cardboard slabby
thing made out of steamed gristle, rancid lard, processed orange plasto-cheese and lots of chemicals to hide the whatever taste might be there, called a MacDonalds Burger. It should be banned by the Geneva convention under every category that they have.
Retch retch retch.
[edit] Sorry, I've just realised you restricted the question to food. A MacDonalds burger doesn't fall under the category of food.

Finally seeing
the graph that proved my PhD thesis. It took way too long to get the data, but seeing that graph appear and tell me I had finally finished gave me the shivers up and down my spine.
