» Good Advice
Uni
Some family advice before i left for uni.
Dad - Eat a decent meal in the canteen at lunchtime, you wont have to worry to much if you miss evening meal etc.
Brother - Dont skive lectures and classes to the point it becomes impossible to go back as it will be obvious you have barely been there.
I ignored both of these, barely ate a thing for 3 years, pissed every penny up the wall rather than on food and barely attended like any standard student.
Got a desmond and have put on 2 stone since leaving, worked out alright!!

Textbook
I ate loads of gas producing food (curry/bear/lentils etc), then I got wind and farted (silent/loud/foul smelling), somewhere inapropriate (library/lift/car) then everybody (family/friends/strangers) felt sick.
Wow this is gonna be a really interesting QOTW.

Dumbass
Little bit off topic but then most of the posts so far have been my first job rather than work experience storys, anyway I digress. . .
Worked a airport restaurant, managed to convince a new starter to water the plant pots depsite the plants being plastic and the fact there were uplighters in the set in the fake gravel within the pots.
Pretty dangerous really in retrospect.
Also convinced him he had to wear an A4 laminated fire escape prodedure book around his neck on a chain until he had undergone fire training.

Soft rock!
When asked to write a poem for gcse english I couldnt be bothered to use my own mind so just wrote out chunks of the lyrics from 'Wind of Change' by the Scorpians. (Terrible 80s german soft rock band, youtube it).
Got a decent mark, the teacher obviously wasnt a fan, or at least didnt think she was.
