This QOTW reminds me of my schooldays
Back when I was doing my GCSEs I really struggled to figure out how and when to get my studying done. Luckily two friends of mine really helped me out so I ended up doing OK. I've put a picture of the three of us below. That was a long time ago now of course, I've got a job in insurance and my two mates are a funeral director and a druggie respectively (shame that).
That's me and the coroner
That's me and the pot guy

Six nations starts today...
...which reminds me of the time a few years back when me and my mates Brendan and Cameron went to the pub to watch the games, England – Ireland and Scotland – Italy I think. We went up to the bar, each proudly sporting his own nation’s jersey, and ordered our drinks. The landlord looked at our three different coloured tops and without missing a beat said, “What’s this? Some kind of joke?”

» Nativity Plays
My sister is a primary school teacher
She tells me that a few years ago she did an R.E. class where the kids explored the nativity story using roleplay. This went quite well until Mary told Joseph that she was pregnant, at which point the young Joseph started channelling Jerry Springer, accused Mary of being trash and demanded a divorce.
How a couple of R.E. lessons a week are supposed to cancel out a lifetime of watching daytime TV I don’t know.
