Was trying to find out what the exact posts were in case there is a grey area.
Some seem to suggest he was posting it on a tribute wall rather than his own wall, which does make it more about intention to distress.
That said, I was reading the rant by that muslim guy who was sent to jail for a Facebook post, and it was clearly intended as hyperbole to make a reasonable point rather than a call to arms, so there does seem plenty to be scared about with the internet police.
