ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

A neighbour of mine once complained that my kids were pulling up her garden plants.A bit puzzling as one was 15 months old and unable to leave the house alone for vandalising sprees and the other was newborn.
Bitch neighbour knew this but didn't dare pick a fight with the parents of the real culprits!
