Ouch!
A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.
What was your ouchiest moment?

Skiing trip
Evil french bastard
You approach said EFB from behind on the slopes
Your admirably large cock erupts from trousers
EFB pisses himself laughing..
Am I on the right track?

I wanted to go the quick way down to the lift,
one ski went over the lip and started going, whilst EFB, having seen this, cunningly trapped my other ski behind his and dragged it off the other way down the slow way. Full splits, bollocks on ground, whimpering.
Funnily enough, it almost hurt more getting back up again. I couldn't just push cos my hands sank in, and cos my feet were totally flat against the snow the edge of the skis had no purchase and were bugger-all use.
