I made the mistake of not even giving the sun something to crop off
Never again

Aye
the Nuts and Zoo crowd had a bunch from here, some of mine included. It's theft, plain and simple.

Why the hell
do they keep getting away with it? Do they just sit around waiting for class action lawsuits?

A few have managed to get money from it haven't they? Notably TGA.
Though I think that was in print, not just online.

Mebbeh
But I suspect that's a case of theft THEN payout if they get caught. So in that regard, tabloids are like MP's...

What happened was
they started off just taking them and printing them, a bunch of people here complained loudly and often, and they changed their practices slightly, emailing and asking for permission and eventually offering a small payment in some cases.
Personally all I wanted was to be asked so that I could refuse, which is exactly what happened. I didn't want my pics in their shitty publications, paid for or not, and I was definitely not the only person who felt that way.

Partly it's because most of you lot don't know what to do when your stuff is stolen
I armed Archie with a document that doesn't require rocket science to figure out, it seems he has utilized to maximum effect
www.bapla.org
Or email me if you want their current pricing trends document, including what to claim for if your work has been used by these wankers without your permission

Christ Youtube comments is the preserve of all the most retarded people inhabiting the internet!
Some twat replied "Fake!" to the Nigel Marvin drama/documentary about the Megalodon, at which point my head descended into my hands in despair

Haha
YouTube comments are probably one of the most concentrated forms of idiocy there is.

It's beyond lunacy
It's like a playground of deranged primary school children mindlessly banging away on 'their' mobile phones and posting in unison, with all the gibberish and intelligence of a challenged headcase starved of it's medication for a week
I had a message from some prat informing me 'how could I not expect him to be offended by me calling him an arsehole' when I replied to some inane remark it made concerning megalodons still being around, to which I pointed out they have been extinct for about twelve million years

My favourite was on This is Spinal Tap:
"If you're gonna make such an excellent documentary, why make it about about a band that nobody has ever heard of?"

I liked the graduate one too.
Purely for him saying at the end of his review that a simpsons ending reminded him of it.
