After a wonderful meal with the Girlfriend
I take her back to my flat, blind folding her at the door i lead her to the front room where she takes off the blindfold to find the room lit up by candlelight all around her with me standing in front of her with a rose, after a tender kiss we simultanteously announce for the first time our love for one another.

the most perfect moment in my life so far.

how about the time i was pretty constipated and spent an hour on the shitter trying to force half my body weight from my poop-chute. the feeling of warmth and clarity as my gut emptied and i saw the world for the beautiful miricle it truely is. that was probably the other most perfect moment of my life.

Either you lit the candles before you went out, leaving them all evening and risking coming home to find the flat had burnt down, or you left her alone, blindfolded and shivering, on the step while you frantically rushed around and lit them all. Or perhaps your flatmate lit them, and was hiding in the cupboard during the beautiful moment?

I once made a suprise picnic in my room for my ex- had all the candles set up but texted my flatmate on the way home to light the candles and get the drinks out of the fridge...
