Bad Management
Tb2571989 says Bad Management isn't just a great name for a heavy metal band - what kind of rubbish work practices have you had to put up with?

Heh oh dear
They might be using the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) as for some reason they have b3ta listed as a porn site. I speak from experience of trying to access through my 3 mobile on pay as you go. (Trick is, while in a 3G area, to use the 3internet APN which isn't filtered)

YMMV
Allegedly (chap in Mumbai) the x-series silver addon isn't filtered. Yet my mifi sim isn't either and that's payg. Seems almost random.
3internet APN gets around it in 3G zones, or there's Opera Mobile which uses a proxy.

I've never had problems with 3 mobile
Though the idea of them blocking home users from accessing certain sites is a bit shocking, surely?

Tasteless
Websense Webfilter is one of the most widely used corporate web filtering software products. It categorizes B3ta as "tasteless" - which is probably very appropriate.
As the web administrator, network guru and all around hacker here, I have recategorized B3ta in our local Websense configuration... Heh
